Who We Are
H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington
About Us
Since 1965, H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington, formerly known as Services for the Elderly (SFE) of Farmington, has been dedicated to supporting seniors in our community.
Founded by Hope Emery and Dorothy Sinclair, we honor their legacy by providing essential services that foster independence and community connections for our seniors.
Our mission, embodied in our new name, H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington, reflects our commitment to Help Others Prosper Everyday and to bring together volunteers to help our fellow citizens remain connected to the community while at home.
"I know that a big impetus for the founding of Services for the Elderly on my mom’s part had less to do with delivering “services” and more to do with forging connections which are at the heart of community. Thank you for keeping her dream alive and helping community in our town."
- Kate Emery, daughter of Hope Emery
