Congregate Meals

Senior Community Cafés (Congregate Meals) offer lunch to any Connecticut resident 60 years or older, as well as their spouses or caretakers.

This provides an opportunity to have lunch with others and promotes socialization which decreases feelings of isolation.

Meals are served every Monday and Friday at 12 noon except during major holidays. Lunch is served at the Community/Senior Center. 

Please call our office to make a reservation no later than 10:30 AM one business day in advance.

To apply, participants must be 60 years of age or older and have a completed application, submitted yearly. A $3.00 donation per meal is suggested to help cover costs. However, no one is denied a meal if they are unable to donate.
