"Forget-Me-Not" Program

H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington brings joy to our homebound seniors with thoughtful "pick-me-up" initiatives and opportunities to create friendships. Through our “Forget-Me-Not” program, we delivered over 850 special gifts to seniors throughout the year.

We are grateful to the Farmington Community Chest for providing funding for these special packages, reminding seniors they are thought of throughout the year. This program also thrives thanks to the Farmington Garden Club, local churches, and individual community groups. We deeply appreciate our volunteers' dedication to spreading smiles and making a positive impact!
