H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington has been recognized by Candid as a PLATINUM Seal of Transparency recipient for 2024. This is an update since November 2024, when we were awarded the Bronze Seal of Transparency. Organizations achieve Seals of Transparency by sharing detailed information about their mission, leadership and staff, programs, goals, and other key aspects. Candid provides nonprofits with essential information, resources, training, and data to help them identify funding opportunities, connect with funders likely to support their mission, and increase their visibility to potential donors.

Late February, our Meals on Wheels food distributor, CRT, hosted an impactful Open House at the Legislative Office Building. Our Executive Director, Toni Andreoli, along with other dedicated providers, had the invaluable opportunity to engage with state representatives and legislative members about our vital programs. The seniors we serve are homebound, relying on us to deliver nutritious meals five days a week. But our service goes beyond food delivery; our volunteers provide essential companionship and human connection. We must advocate for these seniors now, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs met. If we don't stand up for them today, who will stand up for us when we need it? Please contact your federal / state representatives to urge them to protect and sustain funding for Meals on Wheels, ensuring we can continue to support our most vulnerable community members.
