Medical Transportation

Volunteers provide Farmington and Unionville seniors with transportation to routine medical and dental appointments in surrounding towns. There is a 2 ride-per-month limit and a minimum of 2 business days advance notice.

Transportation Options & Requirements:

• Age 60 or older
• Live in Farmington or Unionville
• No longer driving apart from short-term recovery needs
• Independently mobile, however the use of a cane or walker is acceptable
• All rides are based on volunteer availability

Call our office at 860.673.1441 and provide initial client information.

From that point forward, you will be in our system and can simply call and provide your ride request.
