Meals On Wheels

Meals on Wheels are home delivered meals for seniors 60 years of age or older who are unable to prepare meals for themselves and are considered homebound.

You may choose to receive food from 1 to 7 days, which is delivered between 11:30am – 1:00pm.

Special diets and textures are available. Volunteers and/or staff deliver meals to Farmington/Unionville residents. Every knock from a volunteer delivers the food, but also provides compassion and care that our aging neighbors need. 

• Be 60 years of age or older
• Be unable to eat at a community meal site
• Be assessed by staff as medically homebound
• Have a completed application, submitted yearly
